Obtaining your Personal Data:
In order to comply with the provisions of the aforementioned Law and for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, we inform you that we may collect your personal data in the following ways:

When we obtain information through other means permitted by applicable law.
The above in accordance with the following information that will be requested:
The personal data that we may collect directly, are those that you yourself provide to us (either orally or in writing) such as name, telephone number, complete address, federal taxpayer registry and email.
The personal data that we may collect when you visit our website or fill out any of our forms, are: name, email address, complete address (billing and shipping), telephone, payment information, credit card (data that is not stored, it is simply used by the payment processor).
The personal data that we may obtain by other means permitted by the applicable legislation in force or resolutions of any competent authority empowered for such purposes, such as name, place and position of work, email address, data related to the source (company) of your work.
Purpose and Use of your Personal Data:
The personal data collected in accordance with the provisions of the previous numeral will be used to inform and promote Centro Fox’s projects and/or social programs.
Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition related to the Personal Data:
You will have the right to access your personal data that Centro Fox has collected at any time, provided that they are working days and hours through prior request made directly to the Center through the following email [email protected] . Likewise, you will have the right to rectify them in case your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate, as well as to cancel them from our records at any time, except in cases established in article 26 of the aforementioned Law. Finally, you may object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes.
To carry out the exercise of any of the rights mentioned in this paragraph, you must submit a request sent to the following email address: [email protected] to the attention of Vicente Garcia containing the following information: (i) the name of the holder and address or other means to communicate the response to the request; (ii) sufficient and necessary documents proving the identity of the holder of the personal data or, if applicable, of its legal representative with sufficient and necessary powers for the purposes in question; (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you wish to exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and/or opposition; and (iv) any other document or element that facilitates the location of the personal data subject to the exercise of any of the aforementioned rights.
In the case of requests related to the exercise of the right to rectify personal data, in addition to including the information described above, the interested party must describe the data to be rectified and include the information and documents that support the request.
Centro Fox shall respond to the request described in the two preceding paragraphs within a period not to exceed 20 calendar days from receipt of such request. In the event that the interested party’s request complies with all the requirements and, therefore, the same is appropriate, Centro Fox will have a period not to exceed 15 days from the date of communication of the response indicated above to make the request effective.
Revocation of Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data
In terms of the provisions of Article 8 of the aforementioned Law, you may revoke at any time the authorization you granted us for the processing of your personal data, by sending an email to the address: [email protected] to the attention of Vicente Garcia containing the following information: (i) the name and address to communicate the response to the request: (ii) sufficient and necessary documents proving the identity of the holder of the personal data or, where appropriate, of his legal representative with sufficient and necessary powers for the purposes in question; (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which the cancellation is required; and (iv) any other document or element that facilitates the location of the personal data subject to the aforementioned cancellation.

Centro Fox reserves the right to make any changes or updates to this Privacy Notice, in order to fully comply with new legal provisions, new internal policies or requirements of any competent authority. Rights Protection Procedure
If the User considers that the right to the protection of his/her personal data has been violated by any member of our organization or that any of the requirements established in the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties have not been complied with, we inform you that you may initiate a Rights Protection Procedure before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection (www. ifai.gob.mx) within 15 business days from the date you receive a response from Centro Fox, regarding your request, or from the end of the period of 20 business days from the date of receipt of your request to exercise your rights and you have not received any response from us.

This Privacy Notice is subject to the terms and conditions of our website www.centrofox.org.mx, which establishes a legal agreement between the user and the Center. By using our services, you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms set forth above.
